By using our Services, you acknowledge that AI technologies may be used to improve construction efficiency, optimize project timelines, enhance building quality, and reduce environmental impact.

When using our Services, you agree to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NCOR Construction Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or personal injury arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.

Our liability for damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the six (6) month period preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

These Terms and your use of our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of our Services shall be instituted in the courts of Alberta, Canada. You and NCOR Construction Inc. agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts in any such legal action or proceeding.
